Return Policy
We are sorry your item did not work out. Please complete the form below to request return authorization. All returns must have prior authorization (RGA).
You may return your items back by mail, with return shipping information provided when the Return Authorization is issued.
All refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the material back at our warehouse location specified on the return shipping label.
Return Requirements
- Initiated within 60 days from the date of delivery - please complete and submit the form below to create your return request.
- Within 2-3 business days, you will receive a return authorization number and return information.
- Returns sent without an RGA# will be subject to processing delays
- Unless item is damaged/defective, you are responsible for return shipping cost
- We strongly recommend shipping with a tracking number to avoid loss
- Item(s) must be packed in the original cartons, in 'as new' condition, complete with all parts and original packing materials.
- Once item has been received and inspected, a credit will be applied via your payment method, which can take up to 10 business days.
Restocking Fees
Returns are not subject to a restocking fee.
Defective or Damaged Merchandise
If you encounter a defect in your product, please complete the form below to request a replacement or return.
Items arrived with shipping damage or lost in transit must be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. Do not remove from original delivery address.
Exchanges
You may request to exchange any items on your order within 60 days of the order date. Please complete and submit the form below to initiate the exchange.
- Please order the new item, and provide the order number on your exchange request (below).
- Your original / exchange item must be packed in the original carton, in 'as new' condition, complete with all parts and original packing materials.
- Upon receipt of your exchange request, within 2-3 business days, we will provide a return shipping label for the original item via email.
- You can drop off at any authorized UPS shipping location.
- Upon receipt of the original item, if in 'as new' condition, the full cost of the item will be refunded, usually within 10 business days.
- The refund will be made as a credit via the original payment method used.
